Applying for a membership at Danger's Doodles means you agree to the terms below, whether you choose to read them or not. Please take time to read the rules carefully, so that you can be informed about the TOU of Danger's Doodles and hopefully eliminate any confusion later on.
 
Terms of Usage
 
When applying to Danger's Doodles please provide links to any websites you may be the webmaster/webmistress of. I will review your site to make sure that all scripts are in place (NRC at the very very least) no copyright infringement is taking place, or misconduct is occurring (racism, intolerance, pornography, etc.). If you need help with scripts, visit  www.dynamicdrive.com

If you have a password protected area, please add the username and password I may use to access your site while you are a member of Danger's Doodles to the membership form when you are applying, so I may check that my TOU are being followed. At no time will I use your members area with this information, I just ask for the UN & PW so I may uphold my TOU.

When granted membership access to Danger's Doodles, please place the logo located in the members area somewhere on your site for the duration of your membership so that people will know you are a registered member at Dangers Doodles, and that you are authorized to use the graphics from this site. This is for your own safety, so no one can claim that you are using stolen graphics. If you have the membership logo up, they will know you have authorization to use them.

You may sell graphics you make from Danger's Doodles as long as you are a member of the site (excluding tubes- you may not sell tubes you make from graphics included in the members area). Once your membership expires you are only permitted to use the graphics you made from this website as linkware, and linkware only. You may not profit monetarily from anything you make after your membership expires. If you continue using anything from Danger's Doodles on your website after your membership expires, please continue to link back using a text link, or the members logo provided when joining the site. Again, this is for your own protection so that people know that you are authorized to use the graphics from Danger's Doodles. You must include a link back on any site, forum, or emails you use graphics made from Dangers Doodles (this includes results from tutorials).

Once you have logged into Danger's Doodles with your UN & PW you now forfeit the right to a refund. This is not something I will debate over. No Exceptions. You see the samples before you join, base your membership decision on what you see before you sign up. I cannot make exceptions to this rule because then I would have several people out there who had access to the site and never paid for it. This would be unfair to the paying members of Danger's Doodles.
 
At no time while a member at Danger's Doodles may you share your Username or Password info with anyone else. If anyone else approaches you about needing their access info, direct them to email me. If they claim they have already emailed me, please remind them it is not in your authority to relinquish your information. At no time should you grant permission to anyone claiming to be a member of Danger's Doodles. Your username and password is unique to you and your PC, and are not to be shared with other people. If at any time I find out that you have given out your UN & PW to another person, your  membership access will be denied, and your membership will be terminated. Furthermore, because of the breach of TOU, you will have 7 days to remove any graphics you made using anything from Danger's Doodles from your site. This includes Premades you may be selling, or graphics used in websets, etc.

All tutorials and graphics remain copyrighted to Danger's Doodles at all times. At no time will a member receive the copyright to the graphics in the members area at Danger's Doodles. When purchasing your membership you are merely purchasing a license to view and complete tutorials, and take advantage of the members goodies provided. At no time do you hold the copyright to these graphics. You must include a link back on any site, forum, or emails you use graphics from Dangers Doodles (this includes results from tutorials).

At no time is it okay to download any graphics from this site that aren't permitted for download. ie. my layouts, webset, etc.

 
Tutorials

All tutorials on Danger's Doodles are copyrighted to Danger's Doodles and Dangerously Simple, and are not to be removed from the site or redistributed in any way. This includes, but is not limited to, emailing, uploading on another server for other access, chopping, splicing, dicing to put up on your own site, etc etc. The only acceptable ways to use my tutorials are to view them online, or to Download them to your own PC to view them offline. If you download them, they are strictly for your own personal use, and you are not to redistribute them in ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM. This means using any of the samples or graphics included in the tutorial itself.

You are permitted to sell your tutorial results pending your results are not an exact duplicate of the tutorial example and they are made into a "finished product." This means you may not sell sigtag blanks, tubes, or something that the person purchasing the graphics from you would have to alter them in any way to be able to use them. This should be very easy to do. Especially with the different shading techniques shown at Danger's Doodles. Frankly, I would wonder how you would come up with an exact duplicate... as in a lot of these tutorials it would be very difficult to do so.

If you are caught selling anything but your own results, you will be investigated, and your membership will be terminated if you are found to be selling any of the graphics not available for download at Danger's Doodles. This includes the samples of the tutorials. NO exceptions. Don't take what's not yours.

You may not offer lineart you have made from my tutorials, or write tutorials based on graphics you found at Danger's Doodles

You may tube the graphics you made from Danger's Doodles FOR YOUR PERSONAL USE ONLY. Please do not redistribute these graphics as then things become oversaturated, and it becomes hard to know who is a registered user or not.

You may offer your results as premades or sigtags etc, as long as you are not offering TUBES you have made from tutorials or lineart at Dangers Doodles. Please make sure the person you sell your graphics to are aware of this rule. And that they MAY NOT redistribute this graphic as a tube or clipart in anyway shape or form. You may only offer your FINISHED PRODUCT ONLY from your website(s). This means no sigtag blanks, tubes, or anything along those lines.

You may not digitize your results unless you have expressed permission from me to do so. If I find out you have done so, your membership will also be terminated without warning, and you will be asked to remove all graphics from Danger's Doodles from your website within 7 days.


Lineart

You are not permitted to offer lineart from Danger's Doodles to download from your own site or to redistribute in any way. These items are provided at Danger's Doodles as a starting point for your creativity. You will have your membership terminated if you offer lineart to download from your site that I have provided in the members area. NO EXCEPTIONS.

You may not offer lineart you have made from my tutorials

You may color or add to a specific lineart however you see fit. If you would like to make additional poses for any of the animals, and would like me to post it along with the line of lineart you helped modify (with a link back to you or your site) I would be happy to do so :)

Lineart is just a guideline. Don't be afraid to change it a bit if your muse sees fit

Tubes

You are not permitted to offer tubes from Danger's Doodles to download from your own site. These items are provided at Danger's Doodles as a starting point for your creativity. I will remove tubes altogether if this rule is not followed. You will also have your membership terminated if you offer the tubes to download from your site that I have provided in the members area. OFFERING TUBES TO OTHER PEOPLE MADE FROM ANY GRAPHICS FROM DANGER'S DOODLES IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

You are not permitted to resize, recolor, or splice and dice ANY of my tubes. In many cases I have offered a variety of colors for you to choose from, and do not want to have the colors modified. If you don't like the colors I chose, do the tutorials, and make your own.

You may not offer your results as tubes you have made from tutorials or lineart at Danger's Doodles.  OFFERING TUBES TO OTHER PEOPLE MADE FROM ANY GRAPHICS FROM DANGER'S DOODLES IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Please make sure the person you sell your graphics to are aware of this rule. And that they MAY NOT redistribute this graphic as a tube or clipart in anyway shape or form. Your results from any tutorials, lineart, or tubes should ONLY be offered as a FINISHED product and not to be offered for anyone to alter (ie. adding a name or recolor, etc.)
 

IncrediLetters & OE Stats

Letters are not to be redistributed in any way. This means adding them to a members only section on your site, sending thru Yahoo letter groups, sharing on msn site, or something of the like. These letters are for your personal use only, and should not be uploaded ANYWHERE on the www.

Letters  are not to be taken apart, or to be stripped in any way. Do not alter them, add anything to them, or remove anything from them.

Letters are only for members of Danger's Doodles. If you are using letters from Dangers Doodles, you should be a member of Danger's Doodles. Please to not snag letters from the members area if a member emails you using one of the IncrediLetter or OE Stats from Danger's Doodles. This is strictly prohibited.

Website Goodies

Websets from Danger's Doodles are to be linked back to Dangers Doodles at www.doodles.dangerspalace.com on the same page that any of the webset graphics are displayed. This is the same if you use the whole webset, or if you just use the backgrounds for the set.

Cursors from Danger's Doodles are to be linked back to Dangers Doodles at www.doodles.dangerspalace.com on the same page that the cursors are displayed.

Adoptions from Danger's Doodles are to be linked back to Danger's Doodles at www.doodles.dangerspalace.com on the same page that they are displayed.

Sigtag Blanks from Danger's Doodles are to be linked back to Danger's Doodles at www.doodles.dangerspalace.com on the same page that they are displayed. You may add your name and your name only to these blank sigtags, YOU MAY NOT ADD ANYONE ELSE'S NAME TO THE PREMADE SIGTAG BLANKS.


Other Member Downloads

You may add your name to messenger AVs, but these are the only downloads you may alter. Calendars, wallpapers and/or any other download from Danger's Doodles are for your personal use only and are not to be redistributed.
